  • How long does an IV treatment take?
    The length of an IV treatment can vary depending on the specific treatment being administered. However, most IV treatments take about 30-60 minutes to complete.
  • Why must I come 7 days a week to get my I.V. treatment for my infection?
    Just like any other medication taken for a medical problem, antibiotics need to be administered daily until we achieved maximum medical improvement. And, yes, we are open on the weekends because infections don’t know what day of the week it is!
  • How many total weeks is a typical I.V. treatment?
    Although each case is different, the average is 2-6 weeks, depending on how the patient responds to the treatments.
  • Do you use a PICC lines?
    We first try utilizing“butterfly” needles, because it is 100% safe from transmission of infection before offering a PICC line which has potential adverse complications.
